It’s not as impossible as everyone makes it out to be. Losing weight without sacrificing your lifestyle or favourite foods isn’t an impossibility, and it’s not something that requires a miracle diet or any kind of surgery. Weight loss isn’t a religion, it’s a precise science, and like all other scientific fields, it’s something that you can easily understand and optimise once you have some education and understanding of the fundamentals. Don’t fall for the ‘Hollywood’ diets that promise the world and give nothing to back up their claims, instead go for the diets with some real scientific backing and long-term promises to back up their claims.

Have you ever wondered why so many golfers have bad backs? Golf is one of America’s most sought after pastimes. Many find the sport relaxing and therapeutic, to others is the source of there never ending discomfort. The twisting and bending motions of the typical golf swing impact the back in ways that most chiropractic physicians cringe about. If you look at the typical golf magazine they will say that the best form is a reverse C. Having your spine arched backwards to get the full back swing may look good on paper, but it puts a great amount of force on your lower back and posterior joints. This is the most common injury that we treat related to golf lower back pain and result in sciatic pain.

Being a mixed kung fu skills fighter takes more than ability. You also need to have all the proper MMA gear both for coaching and for competition. The quantity of gear you purchase will rely upon what gear is available at the gym and whether you need to train at all at home. Most training gyms will have all of the bigger gear you need, for example the grappling dummies and heavy pads. You’ll have to get the smaller stuff, such as your gloves, clothing, head gear and pads. The way in which you choose the gear all relies upon what you need and how cosy they feel on you.

I inspire anyone who would like to lose fat, build lean muscle and get into “fighter shape” to begin to train with their own version of MMA exercise programmes. It is not surprising that MMA wrestlers all appear to have that lean, ripped, and athletic look, like Brad Pitt in Fight Club.
