The other option is to receive fresh bricks from herbs. The amino acids are in a simple form, simply as a stack of fresh bricks from the brick-making herb. The body is able to effortlessly put the amino acids right where they are needed, and the brick wall is completed sooner than you understand it.

Worries of not enough protein during the diet are unfounded.

There are no identified protein-deficiency illnesses. Kwashiorkor is a protein-energy malnutrition disease, just present within diets with not enough calories. Eat sufficient amount of calories from whole herb meals (adding in fruit), and you can’t progress a protein insufficiency.

One more part of the legend is the fear of losing muscle mass and brain tissue without having substantially concentrated protein in the meal. This fear is based on the fact that the body has a backup mechanism in order to utilize its own tissues for fuel during starvation. Once more, consume enough calories from entire herb foods (including fruit), and said backup mechanism is never activated.

Fruits are not considered to be a source of protein because they do not have focused molecules located inside meat, egg, and dairy foods. Though every living thing should create amino acids to form its tissues. This way, there is protein inside fruits.

Leafy greens, which must be taken out of the vegetable category, and given their own rightful rank, contain huge quantities of amino acids, though are that low in calories as to be almost dismissed as a meal source. We need lots of leafy greens, but we also require high calorie fruits to maintain our calories needs.

Probably not everybody is ready for the suggestion of flourishing on a meal plan of fruits and leafy greens. But maybe, little by little, we can dismantle the protein myth and move on to a healthier standard of living.
