Acai berry scams have quite literally taken over the internet. With a simple search you may find tons of ads in front of your face. With all of these ads promising so much it’s hard not to get caught up in the possibilities of losing so much weight.
But do these products really live up to all the hype? Well before you can know you have to understand the history of the acai berry. The acai berry is found deep inside the Amazon rain forest and has helped those that live there stay in peak physical shape.

Due to science advancing though the berry was able to be put into a pill capsule and it literally took off after that. Like all good things though some people had to try to ruin it. Some con men got together and decided to offer people free trials of the acai berry as long as they paid shipping and handling for it. The reason they did this was because when they paid shipping and handling the con men would get their credit card information and would be able to bill them every few weeks whether they wanted to continue or not.
Tricky isn’t it? Well these acai scams have kept on going and unfortunately it seems like they will continue to do so. To avoid these scams you’ll want to avoid free trials or at the very least do your research before trying them. These free trials are everywhere and some are really good so just make sure to Google the product name and make sure there’s no bad reviews out there!
Acai is great just the way it’s mass marketed is terrible. To avoid these scams I recommend you simply do your homework. Before buying any product go online and start searching for reviews of the product in order to see if it’s really all it’s cracked up to be. This is a great way to see if you should take the plunge or not.
