How I Lost 12 Lbs of Pure Fat In 2 Weeks And Kept It Off
About 1 year ago I was at my all time high, for my weight. I had a chubby belly and didn’t like what I was seeing in the mirror anymore. Late at night when I saw my big butt in the mirror I finally decided to do something about it.
I had a lot of previous experience with being thin and I’d been very athletic before. I had a six pack and a good diet as well as training program, so I went back to the drawing board and figured that these things had something to do with it. They did.
During my research I stumbled upon hundreds of different methods I could use, but I chose to change up my diet first of all. Instead of having a big meal I decided to try eating some kind of fruit smoothie instead. This worked wonders. I never had to spend my day hungry, yet also never had to worry about gaining weight.
Another component was my workout. I added some good and solid high intense interval training to my weekly routine, as well as placed some body weight exercises into the mix. I was doing push-ups, pull-ups and squats for example. Another exercise is lunges. These exercises boosted my metabolism and overall fat burn during the day.
I started to lose a little bit of weight in just the first few days by cutting out as much sugar as possible from my diet, as well as fried food and other bad foods. I only ate vegetables and drank healthy juices (not sugary ones).
When I combined this with the workout plan I finally started to see some results. It only took about 2 weeks to lose a total of 12 lbs, about 5 kg! I was so happy to see the weight come off that fast that I decided to keep going with the system.
After that I have found myself keeping the weight and not gaining any weight at all. I’m just maintaining the weight I intended to weigh from the beginning so I’m very happy with how things turned out.
